Homemade Chocolates
This is a simple and delicious recipe for homemade chocolates. It is made with a base of milk powder and cocoa powder and the taste was just yummy. it is soft, fudgy, chocolaty and just melts in mouth.
I have already shared a similar recipe for homemade chocolate in this blog. But i want to share it as a separate recipe with new pictures. So here is it..

Ingredients for Homemade Chocolates
- Milk powder - 1 ¼ cup
- Sugar - ⅔ cup
- Cocoa Power - 5 tbsp
- Water - ½ cup
- Butter - ¼ cup

How to make Homemade Chocolates
- Sift cocoa powder and milk powder. Sieve well.
- Take sugar and water in a pan, bring it to a boil. Now cook this till it reaches one string consistency.
- Now take it off the heat and add in butter and mix well.
- Add in the sifted mix and give a good stir.
- Now spoon this over some parchment paper and spread it evenly.
- Now set this for 30 mins. Cut into squares and store it in a container.
- Serve.

Ingredients
- 1 ¼ cup Milk powder
- ⅔ cup Sugar
- 5 tbsp Cocoa Power
- ½ cup Water
- ¼ cup Butter
Instructions
Sift cocoa powder and milk powder. Sieve well.

thanks for this easy homemade chocolate recipe aarthi aarthi can u pl tell the recipe for preparing our homemde fresh cream I browsed a lot many of them are telling we can convert milk to whipping cream with gelatin can u pl help for this recipe it will be useful to all in this summer for prepring ice cream can u pl reply
