SO - YUMMLY !!!! The balsamic and honey give it the perfect TANG / sweet combo. If you add walnuts while roasting it could be the whole meal.

Messed up the recipe and still really liked it.

I made these last night but the mixture was with red wine vinegar instead because its what I had and some melted butter mixed in. Not sure if the butter is really necessary though. I just like butter. 🤣 Absolutely delicious! I love the crunch and chared pieces. There is nothing more disgusting than a mushy soft brussel sprout. I always thought I hated them because I only had streamed or boiled which are awful. But roasted with a sweet kick makes this one of my favorite foods now! These are perfect!

I didn't realize upon making how crunchy the brussel sprouts would be. I prefer making them on the stovetop. Next time I will try streaming brussel sprouts before baking so they will hopefully be tender.

Though the combination of ingredients is wonderful, I have not been successful on two attempts to adjust the recipe since packages of brussel sprouts come in 14 oz bags where I shop. I also prefer slicing the brussels into 4 slices, not chunks. I can't find the proper proportions or roasting time. 😫

I make carmelized Brussels sprouts weekly. I also add bacon and onion. I use more honey or I use pure maple syrup. Its my favorite vegetable.

Great we loved them definitely will repeat this recipe

Flavor was great. Would definitely make again just because of the caramelization I got on the Brussels, Fantastic.

These were amazing. I had to bake them as the same time as another dish so I didn’t do them as high of a temp but left in longer than required. The drizzle is sooooo good!

delicious! Really easy

i like how crispy it was but the instructions for the glaze didn't work for me. i might skip it next time or heat balsamic vinegar and molasses together to make a glaze

Would definitely make again. I followed recipe exactly and the flavor came out very good. Next time I might add a little extra honey for more sweetness and more glaze, but recipe was also great as is.

Great! Next time I’ll add a bit more honey. I’ll repeat often. (Should be 4 1/2 stars)

A little bit too sweet for me, but this recipe is definetely very tasty and very easy and fast to make.

I doubled the honey. The cook time was off, it was a little burnt. 20 minutes would have been enough. It was delicious.

Yummy! Added some cauliflower florets too. Came out great!

Great! When I make this again, and I definitely will, I would add a little more honey. I think it needs to be a little more of a glaze and the honey will do that. Otherwise, it was a great recipe, very easy to prepare and it tasted amazing!

They were delicious. But I didn't use as much honey since I don't always like as much sweet.

will definitely be making this again, everyone loved it had just the right amount of everything so you could task all the flavors

Really tasty. I absolutely loved the smokey flavor. I was worried the honey would be too sweet, but it actually came out with just a hint of sweetness. ^^ My only complaint is that some of the brussel sprouts on the edges burned. I'll only bake them for 22 minutes next time, and I added some extra garlic powder but that's just my preference.
