Your responsibilities
- Working with us, you will have a chance to:
- Participate in the investment process throughout its lifecycle, providing support to the Project Manager or Director in delivering projects on time, within budget, cost control, building relations with clients, subcontractors and ensuring all activities align with the predetermined schedule.
- Oversee construction work, ensuring compliance with our high standards, and manage the organization of the construction site’s infrastructure.
- Coordinate tenant fit-outs, offering consistent support to the Leasing Team.
- Work with municipal agencies and subcontractors, coordinate the work of inspectors.
- Manage project documentation to ensure that it remains updated, comprehensive, and of superior quality.
- Engage in negotiations and select key subcontractors in collaboration with general contractor Skanska SA
- Work closely with the Environmental, Digitalization and Innovation Teams to deliver certifications and foster innovation in our projects by utilizing advanced tools such as AI, BIM360 or building applications.
- Engage in cross-border cooperation with peers from other European Skanska units.
Our requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or related fields.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the construction or development sector: residential, offices, retail.
- Profound knowledge of the construction process, investment process, budgeting and legal regulations.
- Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with clients and contractors.
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills, analytical acumen and organizational prowess.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
