A livid dagger is good, it has a high bonus attack speed. FOT is good for killing many mobs. Emerald blade is only good if you want to carry large amounts of coins with you. 50m Midas, but it can get expensive. A cheaper version is an AOTD, with an ender dragon pet it is better than a normal 50m Midas. A livid dagger is probably best seeing that it does not cost too much.

Any wither blade, but use a terminator if you want to do master mode

out of dungeons pooch sword (but you have to use full mastiff, or it's bad) or if you have more than 910m purse emerald blade
inside dungeons depends, hyperion is okay for lcm but dark claymore is good

Millions is nothing. Come back with billions, then we can talk again. Also come back with 3.2k Health, and 30k Health in Dungeons
